Salad in a Glass

Need more greens? Try adding them to a smoothie. The lemon helps brighten up the taste and improve the absorption of iron from the greens!

Ingredients
  1. 2 celery stalks
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 2 handfuls of kale
  4. 1/2 avocado
  5. 1/2 lemon juiced
  6. 1/2 banana
  7. 1 tbsp chlorella powder
  8. 1 tbsp chai seeds
  9. 1 scoop Progressive Veg Essential powder
  10. 1 tsp turmeric
  11. 1" fresh ginger
Instructions
  1. Using 2-3 cups of water add all ingredients into your high powered blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
