Green Goodness Smoothie

Not everyone loves a green drink, but trust me when I say this one is a keeper!
Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1 Scoop Progressive Veg-Essential
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup peaches
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 handful kale or green of your choice
  • 2 " peeled ginger
  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 tsp turmeric

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add more or less liquid for ideal consistency.
  3. Enjoy!
