A tart and tangy salad.Fennel falls into the same family as carrots, celery and parsley. Fennel has been found to help with intestinal cramping and can relieve gas. It's an excellent source of vitamin C, potassium and dietary fibre. It also contains phosphorous, folic acid, magnesium manganese, iron, calcium and molybdenum. 1/2bulb fennelthinly sliced
1mangosliced
1English cucumberchopped
1red pepperthinly sliced
1/2head romaine lettucehand shredded
Cilantro Lime dressing
1/2avocado
2handfuls of fresh cilantro
2limes juiced
1tspapple cider vinegar
1/4tspsea salt
Instructions
Wash, and cut all the veggies and put in a bowl
Prepare the Cilantro Lime dressing by placing all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree
