Best Breakfast Smoothie

It tastes like a blissful indulgence, but it's jammed packed with health!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 scoop chocolate vega protein
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder
  • 1 " ginger root

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a high powered blender and puree.
  2. Add more liquid if you like a thinner smoothie
