Almond Sunflower Seed Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and process for 2-3 minutes until well combined
  2. Form into 2-4 patties
  3. Cook (bake) or eat raw
  4. Top with sauteed veggies and wrap in a collard green leaf
