Give this interesting take on Key Lime Pie a try. I created this on a cleanse when I was avoiding dairy, sugar, soy and wheat and was looking for a simple treat.

Ingredients
Filling
1/2cupcoconut milk
1-2tbspchia seeds
1ripe avocado
3drops stevia
juice from 3 key limes
Crust
1/4cupraw almonds
Juice from 2-3 key limes
1drop stevia
Instructions
Blend together with mixer or hand blender, coconut milk, avocado, key lime juice, chia seeds and stevia.
Set aside.
Grind 1/4 cup almonds into powder using coffee grinder.
Add juice from 1-2 more key limes and a drop of stevia to make some crust.
Press into a small dish and add coconut/avocado filling.
