Cherry Blueberry Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen tart cherries
  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 " fresh turmeric root
  • 1 " fresh ginger root
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 cups kale
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup beet juice
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 scoop Progressive Veg Essential Protein Powder

Instructions

  1. Blend together in your blender and enjoy.
