Beet Pineapple Smoothie

Have this smoothie every day for 3 days prior to competition and you'll load up on healthy nitrates and reduce any pre-race inflammation with ginger & pineapple!

Ingredients

  • 1 large beet washed and chopped
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 handful Kale
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp chlorella powder
  • 2 " raw ginger peeled
  • 1 scoop Vega one natural
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
