Chocolate Mint Smoothie

Who doesn't love chocolate and mint together! This smoothie is great for breakfast, pre or post workout!

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop chocolate Progressive Veg Essential or your favourite protein powder
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 1/3 English Cucumber
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp spirulina or chlorella powder (optional)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup dark cherries
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add more or less liquid for your ideal consistency.
