A healthy, delicious and refreshing smoothie for breakfast, pre or post workout!

leaves and all if you like

water

scoop protein of choice
I used VegaOne Chocolate

hemp hearts

flax seed

avocado

Place everything in your favourite blender and puree until smooth. Add more or less liquid to reach your desired consistency.
