Cherry Celery Smoothie

A healthy, delicious and refreshing smoothie for breakfast, pre or post workout!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 celery stalks leaves and all if you like
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 scoop protein of choice I used VegaOne Chocolate
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1/2 avocado

Instructions

  1. Place everything in your favourite blender and puree until smooth. Add more or less liquid to reach your desired consistency.
  2. Enjoy!
