Chocolate Cherry Coconut Energy Bar
Raw, delicious, all natural

roasted almonds

salted cashews

pumpkin seeds

sunflower seeds

melted coconut oil

dried organic unsweetened cherries

cacao nibs

cup
chia seeds

tsp
vanilla

scoop Vega One or other protein powder

cup
cocoa powder

tsp
cinnamon

tsp
sea salt

cup
coconut flakes
raw and un-sulphured

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Roll out onto parchment paper

Sift un-sulfured raw coconut flakes on top

Cut into squares or use a cookie cutter

Store in fridge or freezer
