Ingredients

  • 3 cups Kale
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1/2 Aanana
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tbsp Ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder Progressive Vegessential

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients in your blender and puree
