A one pot wonder stuff full of vegetables!

cremini mushrooms

sweet onion
chopped

block organic firm tofu
or substitute your favourite meat protein

can coconut milk

tbsp
turmeric

sea salt

fresh pepper

garlic powder

Add coconut milk to pan, stove top

Add spices and stir

Add chopped vegetables and tofu

Stir together

Cover pot and simmer for 15-45 minutes
