Red & Gold Winter Chili
This chilli is quick and easy to make and tastes even better the next day

can organic whole tomatoes

can organic tomato paste

can organic kidney beans

of grass fed ground beef

red pepper
diced

can organic corn kernels

1
red onion
diced

2
celery stalks
diced

tsp
chilli powder

tsp
chilli flakes

tsp
sea salt

tsp
basil

1/2
tsp
parsley

1/2
tsp
black pepper

organic cocoa powder

olive oil

In skillet, brown beef at medium-high with a little water until cooked fully
-
In a large pot heat over medium olive oil and add onions until sautéed lightly.

Add in peppers and celery.

Add in tomatoes, and tomato paste
-
Rinse and add beans
-
Add remainder of vegetables and spices
-
Stir in cooked ground beef (or ground chicken or turkey)
-
Let simmer for 15 to 60 mins.
