Blueberry Breakfast Pudding

A twist on a smoothie for those that don't like to drink their breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 scoop chocolate Vega Protein power or your other favourite clean brand
  • 1/4 raw cashews
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp spirulina powder or chlorella
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a Vitamix or Food Processor (a blender will likely not work as it’s so thick). Blend everything together until you get a nice smooth consistency. Top with 1 tsp of the hemp seeds.
  2. Makes 1 portion, enjoy!
