Blueberry Breakfast Pudding
A twist on a smoothie for those that don't like to drink their breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened oat or other non milk
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder Plain Greek Yogurt (1 Cup) is also good
- 1/4 raw cashews (optional)
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 1 tbsp spirulina or matcha powder optional
- 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs for extra chocolate taste
- 1 tbsp Collagen Powder (optional)
- 1 tsp Creatine (optional)
- 1 med Banana (optional if looking for more carb)
Instructions

Put all ingredients in a powerful blender (ie. Vitamix) or Food Processor (a regular blender will likely not work as it’s so thick). Blend everything together until you get a nice smooth consistency. Top with 1 tsp of the hemp seeds.
