A twist on a smoothie for those that don't like to drink their breakfast

Ingredients
1cupunsweetened oat or other non milk
1/2avocado
1cupblueberries
2tbsphemp hearts
1scoop chocolate protein powderPlain Greek Yogurt (1 Cup) is also good
1/4raw cashews(optional)
1tbspflax seeds
1tbspspirulina or matcha powderoptional
1tbspraw cacao nibs for extra chocolate taste
1 tbspCollagen Powder(optional)
1tspCreatine (optional)
1medBanana (optional if looking for more carb)
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a powerful blender (ie. Vitamix) or Food Processor (a regular blender will likely not work as it’s so thick). Blend everything together until you get a nice smooth consistency. Top with 1 tsp of the hemp seeds.
