Once I recovered I sought out professional help. Tara was a great personal trainer. She focused on strength exercises as well as plyometrics. I definately noticed an increase in strength in my core, glutes, ankles and legs. This combined with her expert knowledge of running helped me remain injury free and strong for my first Half Marathon! I also participated in some boot camps of Tara’s, she is an excellent motivator!
