For several years, I only did cardio workouts with no strength or weight training. Two summers ago (2009), one of my spinning class buddies encouraged me to join her in a bootcamp session run by Tara. I have not looked back! Since then, I have become a loyal and devoted client of Tara’s. She continuously encourages and motivates me to push pass my comfort level. I feel 100% better and now actually look forward to our weekly workouts. Thank you Tara!!!
