July 15, 2026Built For the Long Run
A 12-week off-season program for runners and triathletes who want to recover with purpose, build strength and durability, and head into their next season ready to train.
Your next season doesn’t start when race training begins. It starts with what you do now.
Instead of spending the winter either doing nothing or continuing to train without a clear purpose, Built for the Long Run takes you through three intentional phases:
RESET
Recover from the physical and mental demands of your season, reflect on what worked and what didn’t, and identify what actually needs your attention.
REBUILD
Develop the strength, mobility, stability and durability that often get pushed aside during race-specific training.
PREPARE
Gradually return to purposeful training, identify your priorities and build a realistic plan for your next season.
WHAT YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH
By the end of 12 weeks, you’ll have:
- A clear understanding of your biggest strengths, limiters and opportunities
- Improved strength, mobility and durability
- A better understanding of how to support your training with nutrition and recovery
- A sustainable approach to balancing endurance training, strength and life
- Your own 2027 Performance Blueprint with clear priorities and next steps
You don’t need to be race-fit in January.
You need to be ready to train.
Recovered. Stronger. More durable. Clear on where you’re going next.
