Blueberry Mango Celery Smoothie

A mellow smoothie for breakfast or pre & post workout

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 2.5 cups water
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 scoop favourite protein powder such as Progressive VegEssential or Biosteel Vegan
  • 1 tbsp chlorella

Instructions

  1. Blend together until smooth
