Cherry Celery Smoothie
A healthy, delicious and refreshing smoothie for breakfast, pre or post workout!
- 1 cup cherries
- 1 small banana
- 2 celery stalks leaves and all if you like
- 2 cups water
- 1 scoop protein of choice I used VegaOne Chocolate
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1 tbsp flax seed
- 1/2 avocado
Place everything in your favourite blender and puree until smooth. Add more or less liquid to reach your desired consistency.
