Chocolate Mint Smoothie
Who doesn't love chocolate and mint together! This smoothie is great for breakfast, pre or post workout!
Servings 1
Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate Progressive Veg Essential or your favourite protein powder
- 3 tbsp raw cacao nibs
- 1 handful fresh mint
- 1/3 English Cucumber
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tbsp spirulina or chlorella powder (optional)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cup dark cherries
- 1 tbsp flax seeds
- 2 cups water
Instructions

Put all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth.

Add more or less liquid for your ideal consistency.
