Mango Mint Chutney

This chutney is great with grilled or baked salmon or on top of a green or grain salad!

Ingredients

  • 1 mango peeled and diced
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 1/2 cup mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juiced
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 jalapeno minced

Instructions

  1. Chop all ingredients, place in bowl and toss together.
