Scott came to me on referral from his chiropractor as he was having major GI issues post run and not enjoying his training any more.  After listening to his concerns and symptoms I assessed that Scott was most likely very low in fuel during his training and racing leading him to feel exhausted and sick with abdominal cramping.  Scott had a big race coming up and wanted to get through this without the feeling sick or having further complications.  Scott listened to my recommendations and ran faster at the Scotia Bank Half Marathon in record time.  Congrats Scott!
