A delicious and golden anti-inflammatory smoothie
- 2 cups water
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop Progessive Veg Essential Powder (or other fav protein powder.
- 1 cup frozen blueberries and cherries
- 1 heaping tbsp turmeric or 2" peeled fresh root
- 2 " fresh ginger peeled & chopped
- 1 tbsp chlorella powder
- 1/2 avocado or 2 tbsp coconut oil
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
