Cucumber Lime Rehydrator
This was a recent creation that will be re-used. Fantastic and refreshing after a hard workout. Cucumbers are made up of a lot of water but still contain vitamin A and vitamin C which are great anti-oxidants as well as folic acid. If you leave the skin on you get fibre, silica, potassium and magnesium!
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 english cucumber
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 packet of Vega Electrolyte Rehydrator
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth
- If you don't have or don't like Vega Electrolyte Rehydrator, you can use a pinch of sea salt and a 1/4 tsp of honey!
