I see it all the time, almost every day someone is posting a new recipe for a healthy cheese cake or a quilt free cookie, and while the ingredients may be fantastic you must consider if you actually need those extra calories. After all even if its made with the best ingredients, over eating is still over eating. The other concern I have is the sugar content. Just because you’ve created a healthy version of your favourite dessert, have you balanced out all the sugar with some protein and fat, or is it just a different version of sugar.
