Cool off this summer with cucumber!
Prep Time 5 minutes
- 1/2 English Cucumber
- 2 limes peeled
- 2 mint leaves
- 3 drops stevia or 1/2 tsp honey
- 2 cups of water
- ice cubes
Place water, cucumber, limes, mind and stevia in a blender and blend until smooth.
Straining is optional for a smoother beverage.
Serve cold over ice.
